Received this in an email from Greg Clowminzer the morning!
| Hi Geoffrey, I really love this quote. “Commitment unlocks the doors of imagination, allows vision, and gives us the “right stuff” to turn our dreams into reality.” – James Womack Time and time again I hear business owners say that something they have committed to do, has not gotten done. Or, an important goal has not been met. As I look at the root cause, it often comes down to the commitment of the business owner. I call it their Steel Core of Commitment. They either have it or they don’t. If they have it, nothing will stop them or their business from doing that important thing. If they don’t, it will never happen. It will just keep reappearing on the to do list or the goals in the business plan. When you have a Steel Core of Conviction, everyone knows it. Employees. Customers. Vendors. If you are not achieving something you say is important, check in on your commitment. If you don’t have a Steel Core of Commitment towards achieving it, ask yourself why not? Remember, your business is always a reflection of you. If you have a Steel Core of Commitment it will always be evident in your business results.
