South by Southwest (SXSW) Conferences and Festivals is a very unique convergence of music, independent films and emerging technologies that is currently running in Austin, TX.  As you would imagine, they are some very creative people in attendance, talking and sharing great ideas.

I came across this article that talks about a few of the many great ideas being shared at SXSW.  I really like the application from the guys at WalkIn, who have created a way to allow you to use the time you are waiting to be seated in a restaurant more enjoyably.  This, I’m sure, was one of many great ideas and applications being discussed at the event.
