As a business owner, we all struggle with working to keep our new business pipeline full with new opportunities. Sometimes we are so consumed with the execution and delivery of the current projects, we forget about and don’t spend enough time doing the things to setup the next pieces of business.
Lead generation is something we should do every day. This does suggest that we spend so much time on it to the detriment of everything else. But, with a little planning and proactive activity, we can assuredly have a robust pipeline of new business that will keep the revenue flow a bit more consistent.
